The APMA Annual Scientific Meeting kicks off with educational sessions starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, August 5, 2026.
- All booth floors must be covered. If booth floor is not covedred by 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, the exhibitor services provider will install a standard color at the exhibitor's expense.
- Exhibitors are required to staff their booths in accordance with the podEXPO (exhibit hall) schedule schedule. Exhibitors that dismantle or begin to dismantle early will be subject to an early-dismantle penalty of $500. Subsequent booth reqeusts will not be accepted until the fine is paid.
